Have your Mako Test Kit serviced directly by Arbiter

How does it work?

1. Purchase the calibration service
2. You will receive an e-mail with a prepaid shipping label
3. Print out the prepaid shipping label
4. Affix shipping label to carefully packaged Mako test kit (please include hoses and we will inspect and service those also) 
   
5. Drop off labeled package at UPS or USPS location
   

What's covered in the calibration and service:

• Certify accuracy against our NIST traceable standard
• Adjust calibration when needed
• Provide a current certificate certifying calibration to our NIST traceable standard
• Update the calibration date internally stored in the Mako which is used for paperless reporting in the Mako Assist App 
  
• Give the Mako units the full inspection that we perform before sending them out new and ensure that they are performing within the designed criteria

What if you have more than 1 Mako to send in?

• If you have more than one Mako to send for calibration, just add the number of Mako units you're sending to your cart and purchase that many calibrations under one transaction 
  
• For example, your company has 3 Mako units needing calibration service at the same time, purchase 3 Yearly Mako Calibration Services 
• We will send you one shipping label for the combined weight and volume of them all

Notes and Restrictions

• We do not service any other brand of test kit or gauge
• Be sure to package all the Mako Test Kits well when shipping them
• Price is valid ONLY for the contiguous 48 states

What if I have issues with my gauge?

• Any in-warranty service needed will be done at no additional charge 
  
• If any out-of-warranty service is needed, we will contact you
